The Musée minéralogique et minier de Thetford Mines is an education and initiation centre for Earth sciences which houses historical and scientific exhibitions. Its permanent exhibitions are dedicated to the exceptional geological and mining heritage of the region and to minerals the world over. Various temporary exhibitions are put up and replaced every 4 to 6 months. This is one you don’t want to miss!
