Louis S. Saint-Laurent was born in Compton at the end of the 19th century. He was a witness of his times and became prime minister from 1948 to 1957. Visit his birth home and the paternal general store, and discover a remarkable era in Canada's history, as well as the social history of the Eastern Townships. Join in on various program activities for St-Laurent s’endimanche from July 1st to August 31 and also the Week-end des saveurs on August 2nd and 3rd.
