For history lovers, the interpretation centre’s vast rooms offer exciting discoveries. Our interpreters will introduce you to all aspects of the victory by Canadian troops led by Charles-Michel de Salaberry during the American army invasion on October 26, 1813. In the comfort of an air-conditioned museum environment, you can manipulate interactive modules, touch reproductions of authentic objects and listen to audio tapes detailing the life of the Battle of the Châteauguay’s heroes.
