Forges-du-Saint-Maurice National Historic Site

Located just 20 minutes from downtown Trois-Rivières, the Forges du Saint-Maurice National Historic Site of Canada commemorates the founding of Canada's first industrial community. Discover the key role played by the ironworks, an important local industry spanning 150 years, and their influence on war, settlement and industrial production in the 18th and 19th centuries.
