The Centre d’archives de Montréal conserves many collections of public and private archives which can be perused in a consultation room that seats more than 200. Located on Viger Avenue East in a complex which also includes the old École des hautes études commerciales building, the Centre is part of the network of nine archival centres run by the Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec.
