The Accessible Road

Traveling alone, traveling as a couple, with friends or with family. Travel "accessible".

Montérégie

The Montérégie region is the destination for great getaways. With its eventful history, the region boasts an impressive number of heritage sites: Battle of the Châteauguay, Chambly Canal, Fort Chambly and Fort Lennox. Appropriately known as "The Garden of Québec," Montérégie offers the Verger cidrerie Larivière and the Vinaigrerie artisanale du verger Pierre Gingras orchards. If you prefer, you can get some air at the Parc national des Îles-de-Boucherville or the Parc national du Mont-Saint-Bruno. Treat yourself to a memorable evening with the giant marionettes at the Théâtre de la Dame de Coeur or let the animals of the African savannah cast a spell over you during a day at Parc Safari.
